Each individual is only permitted to register and hold one (1) active account at ikis88. Holding multiple accounts — whether under different names, phone numbers, email addresses, or bank details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious breach of these terms.

During registration, you are required to provide information that is truthful, accurate, complete, and up to date. The details you must supply include:

• Full name as stated in your official Malaysian identification document.
• A valid and active Malaysian mobile phone number.
• An active email address that you have access to.
• Exact date of birth for age verification.
• A strong, unique password to keep your account secure.

You are solely responsible for keeping your account credentials — particularly your password and login details — confidential and not sharing them with anyone. ikis88 will not be held liable for any losses arising from your failure to safeguard your account login information.

Ikis88 accepts deposits via the following local Malaysian payment methods only:

The minimum deposit at ikis88 is RM20 per transaction. No daily maximum deposit limit is set; however, ikis88 reserves the right to impose specific transaction limits at our discretion. All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) only.

• All deposited funds must be legitimately yours — not borrowed or obtained through unlawful means.
• Depositing via another person's account or digital wallet is strictly prohibited.
• Ikis88 does not charge any processing fees for deposits; however, payment providers may apply their own fees.
• Successfully processed deposits cannot be cancelled or refunded unless due to a technical error confirmed by ikis88.

Ikis88 members are entitled to withdraw their winnings, subject to the following conditions which must be fully met before a withdrawal request can be processed:

• Your ikis88 account must have completed the full identity verification (KYC) process.
• All wagering requirements associated with any bonus used must be fully completed.
• Your withdrawal method must match the original deposit method used — funds deposited via Touch 'n Go eWallet must be withdrawn to the same Touch 'n Go eWallet, and so forth.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per transaction.

Withdrawal processing times at ikis88 are as follows:

Ikis88 reserves the right to request additional verification documents for withdrawals exceeding RM10,000 in a single transaction, or where any suspicious activity is detected on the account. Documents that may be requested include a copy of your MyKad, bank statement, or proof of ownership of the relevant digital wallet account.

Ikis88 offers a wide range of bonuses and promotions to members, including a welcome bonus of up to RM888 for new members, daily cashback, reload bonuses, and tiered VIP programme benefits. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions stated alongside each promotional offer.

The general principles applicable to all bonuses and promotions at ikis88 are as follows:

• Each bonus may only be claimed once per member unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion's terms.
• Bonuses cannot be directly converted to cash without first fulfilling the stipulated wagering requirements.
• The wagering requirement is expressed as a multiple of the bonus value – for example, a 10x wagering requirement means you must place bets totalling 10 times the bonus value before a withdrawal is permitted.
• Ikis88 reserves the right to withdraw or void any bonus suspected of being claimed through improper means or system abuse.

• Holding more than one ikis88 account, or assisting others in registering multiple accounts.
• Using automation software, bots, or tools that enable gameplay without the genuine presence of a human player.
• Hedging strategies designed to exploit bonuses without genuine risk.
• Colluding with other members to exploit the gaming system or bonuses (collusion).
• Any attempt to hack, attack, or disrupt the normal functioning of the ikis88 platform.
• Sharing your account login credentials with any other party for any purpose.

Ikis88 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or close any member's account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspicious activity suspected of being linked to fraud or money laundering.
• Failure to provide the requested identity verification documents within the specified timeframe.
• A self-exclusion withdrawal request made by the member themselves.
• Instructions from the relevant Malaysian authorities.

Members may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the ikis88 customer support team. In the case of voluntary closure with no breach of terms, any eligible balance in the account will be processed within 5 business days.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Malaysian law, ikis88 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising from the use of our platform, including:

• Financial losses resulting from unfavourable gameplay – games are chance-based and no winnings are guaranteed.
• Temporary service disruptions due to system maintenance, technical issues, or third-party infrastructure failures.
• Losses arising from a member's own negligence in safeguarding their account login credentials.
• Any payment processing delays caused by third parties such as digital wallet providers or banks.

Ikis88's total maximum liability to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the 30 days prior to the liability claim being made.
